There are many delightful places to have a picnic, such as the childrens playground and picnic tables adjacent to the Bowls Club and at Tilley’s Park. Some other popular spots to consider are:

• Yellow Pinch Reserve
• Flanagan's Reserve
• Tilley Park
• Bigriggen Park
• Maroon Dam
• Andrew Drynan Reserve and
• Langdon's Reserve.

There are many small reserves that make ideal picnic stops, such as Tilley’s Park, south of Rathdowney on the Mt Lindesay Highway, on the left just before Tilley’s Bridge.
